Executive Admin/Project Administrator

The Project Administrator/Executive Admin supports PEOU&W staff with administrative support and event planning logistics.
Functional Description: Plan and coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Support the project staff by facilitating project related logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings and perform basic follow-up. Assist in development of presentations. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. May lead or direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Education/Experience/Skills:
U.S. Citizenship
Minimum Education: High School Diploma. Bachelors Degree is highly desired.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a customer and business-oriented position. Also have experience in the preparation of various types of correspondence, technical reports, and technical documentation.
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Must obtain and maintain at a minimum a U.S. DoD SECRET Clearance or the preferred, U.S. DoD TOP SECRET throughout employment.
Required knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and/or other pertinent software applications.
