About Us: Join our dynamic team where we specialize in delivering top-tier financial services to our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Sales Administrator to provide critical support to our finance team and help maintain the smooth running of our financial operations. Big plus if you have your 215 License! Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).

3 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or related administrative roles.

215 License (Life, Health, and Variable Annuities) is a big plus.

strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with financial software is a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the financial services team, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.

Manage client accounts, process transactions, and handle financial documentation with precision and confidentiality.

Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for management.

Maintain and update records of client interactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.

Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and event planning for the financial department.

Ensure timely follow-up on client requests and communication.
