Job Title: Immediate Order Management Coordinator

Job Description

We are searching for an Order Management/Customer Service Representative. This position will be key in communicating with internal and external customers, processing and researching purchase orders, and maintaining relationships with freight carriers. This position has a heavy emphasis on data entry including entering orders into the computer and updating/maintaining client information.

Ensure orders are received within the timeframe requested, entered into the ERP system, and processed accordingly.

Process open backorders when product comes into Distribution Centers.

Process distributor purchase orders for domestically shipped orders.

Maintain accurate department logs and other reports as required. (i.e., orders on hold, backorder report, and weekly updates).

File and follow up with carrier freight claims.

Enter credits for appropriate reasons (i.e., damage, complaint, orders entry, return, etc).

Answer internal and external customers questions about pricing/glove specs/color; and provide tracking information for orders. Answer incoming calls and route appropriately, welcome visitors.

Work with freight carriers or Distribution Center and provide information back to customers.

Work with internal departments to enter new account credit applications, check the status of open orders, determine which containers should be routed to the appropriate DC, verify pricing, and communicate any discrepancies to clients and/or sales reps.

Follow up with Distribution Center’s open orders and review billing tree.

Backup for other departments on specific administrative functions (i.e., mailings, handling invoices, etc).

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 months.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Clearwater, Florida.

Work Environment

Work with team lead onsite. 6-9 months to get fully trained since a lot of one-offs with each customer. Each customer could have preferences on carriers or preferred carriers they want to use. Supply chain team ensures inventory levels are correct and optimal.
