The patient intake associate is primarily responsible for handling the daily clerical and organizational tasks needed to maintain the front office of the assigned clinic.Responsibilities:Answering phones pleasantly and efficiently while taking accurate messages.Accurately completing all new patient information and entering into EMR.Collecting patient copays.Accurately manage petty cash and maintain change drawer.Announce patients.Assist with collection of overdue accounts.Responsible for daily/weekly deposits.Responsible for submission of timesheets.QualificationsThe patient intake associate must demonstrate competency in computer data input and basic word processing skills. The patient intake associate must be able to work in a busy office environment and have strong organizational and people skills.
