General Labor/Assembler – Up To 22/hr

PAY: 18-22

SHIFT: 1ST (7A-3:30P, MON-FRIDAY) or 2ND (3P-1130P, MON-FRIDAY)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Proven experience in mechanical assembly, including working with diverse mechanical parts and components.

Experience reading and interpreting complex technical documentation, including diagrams and blueprints.

Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to perform both light and heavy assembly tasks.

Competency in planning work operations and sequencing tasks effectively.

Attributes:

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate production records.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean and safe work area.

What You’ll Do:

Skilled Assembly:

Perform light and heavy assembly of mechanical parts and components for a variety of small and large enclosed drive units.

Work from complex drawings, blueprints, sketches, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical diagrams, parts lists, operations sheets, specifications, and instructions to plan and execute work operations.

Repair and Rebuild:

Conduct repair and rebuild service functions on customer-specified enclosed drives.

Participate in field service calls to customer locations to disassemble, analyze, and service complex enclosed drive units.

Work Planning and Execution:

Plan work operations, including sequencing of tasks, based on provided technical documentation.

Maintain accurate production records and track time to ensure productivity.

Maintenance and Organization:

Keep equipment and work areas clean and orderly.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
