Maintenance Technician – Whitehall, MI

Job Description

We have multiple Maintenance Technician positions open on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Candidates must have a journeyman card or at least 8 years of hands-on maintenance machine repair experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a union facility, and meeting these requirements is mandatory. The starting pay is set at $29.95/hr. If you have a journeyman card, you can take a mechanical assessment test at 60 days of employment, which may increase your pay to $32.85/hr. Non-journeyman maintenance technicians have opportunities for pay increases after 90 and 135 days, reaching $30.35/hr. There is a 60-day probation period before joining the union.
