Description:

Position Summary

Provides project coordination and high-level administrative support to a Leader and/or department. Coordinates and tracks project planning activities and progress, works to keep participants on track with project timelines, and participates in process improvement initiatives. Provides high level administrative and operational support to Leaders and department.

What the Project Coordinator will need

Associate’s Degree in Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Two or more years of experience with administrative and/or project support.Preferred: Five years of related administrative/operations experience in healthcare. Experience with clinical computer systems

Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Good knowledge of multiple computer applications. Ability to work with interruptions and changing priorities. Attentive to detail, ability to make decisions within the scope of position.
