Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Seeking a facilities technician to service and maintain 12 properties within a 20-minute radius of Roseville/St. Paul. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, tenant improvement/handyman tasks, fixtures, and light bulbs. The role also encompasses general tasks involving painting, carpentry, patch work in construction tasks, and MEP tasks in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as needed.

Work Environment
28 buildings on 12 property campuses. All commercial, including dental clinics, healthcare clinics, and chiropractic clinics, with 90% tenant capacity. The total area is approximately 1 million square feet. The work schedule is 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with an on-call rotation involving 5-6 others.
