We are seeking a dynamic Welcome Center Lead to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our welcome center. In this position, youll supervise the Welcome Center team, manage various office processes, and create a positive experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Welcome Center, leading by example in customer service standards.
Train, mentor, and support Welcome Center Representatives in their roles.
Ensure accurate check-in processes and verify package details.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Work closely with vendors to make sure cancellations are processed quickly and accurately.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
