The Behavioral Health Manager, Provider Installation manages a division of the Provider Contracting Loading (PCL) Team within the Provider Network Operations area under Provider Process & Services. In this role, you will manage Front Line Supervisors, Analysts and Consultants supporting Humana Behavioral Health and National Ancillary Contracts.. The Manager role is strategic in nature managing multiple work streams with a focus on leveraging technology and solving for systemic challenges. Management includes the oversight of meeting loading Turnaround Times and Individual Department SLAs. Aligning on desired outcome of provider updates with primary partners and adjacent PNO teams with laser focus on Quality.
The Manager, Provider Installation key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accountable for meeting Key Performance Indicators with regard to Turnaround Time and Quality
Analyze business metrics and provide monthly review of assigned business operations
Act as a Strategic Partner with Market Leadership and Service Partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams identifying and resolving complex technical and operational challenges
Create and maintain dashboard metrics for service partners; such as, Markets, NNO and PNO Leadership
Influence partners identifying new ways of achieving success through training, education and leveraging technology
Facilitate Problem Management around escalated issues from customer base, ensuring problem is resolved timely, root cause is assessed, and mitigation steps are put in place decreasing future risk of issue arising again
Advanced interpersonal communication is a must, listening, learning and driving collaboration within and outside the organization
Model Humanas Values, including, creating and completing yearly Impact Plans, promoting activity supporting team engagement and well-being

Required Qualifications
2 yrs. in leadership role within a highly complex operational environment
Provider Experience related to data, contracting, network, and/or claims
Professional experience utilizing MS Office desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior experience with of process /workflow concepts/project management within an operational area
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Basic Microsoft Access
Reporting & Analysis with Project Management
Process Experience (Six Sigma)
Experience with Performance Guarantees

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$76,800 – $105,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
