A Day in the Life:

We are looking for a dynamic Microsoft 365 Platform Developer to join our IT department. This role will be responsible for working with the 365 Admin team and product teams to maintain SharePoint and Teams environment along with developing PowerApps and Copilot studio applications. This individual must also be able to partner effectively with IT leaders, delivery teams and external partners, to help drive business success. Additionally, they need to have strong customer service skill set and an attention to end user experience. This individual will also need to prioritize enhancements based on predefined criteria provided by leadership. Ensures timely escalation and management of technical and service shortfalls to relevant technical support teams for resolution and for future prevention. The ability to balance between service support tickets as well as driving SharePoint design and development will also be expected.

What You’ll Do:

Accountable for overseeing the execution of the product backlog and actionable user stories for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio.

Provides support for Exchange, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint incidents.

Supports the Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Platform and provides subject matter expertise for provisioning, development, and lifecycle management.

Coordinates and collaborates with partner organizations for development of Copilot Studio applications.

Provides support and subject matter expertise on applications integrated with SharePoint and Teams such as PowerApps/Power Automate, PowerBI, Viva Engage.

Manages the ticket intake for Microsoft 365 incidents and requests.

What We’re Looking For:

3 years of experience on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams

3-5 years of experience as SharePoint Admin and Microsoft Teams

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information science or a related technical discipline is preferred.

Strong organizational skills

Self-starter with an ability to prioritize and manage tasks.

Familiar with ServiceNow ticketing system.

Ability to present to all levels of management & executive leadership.

Excellent teamwork, facilitation, relationship building, and negotiation skills.

Microsoft certifications in M365, Teamwork Administrator, or Power Platform a plus

Experience with standard ITSM or ITIL practices a plus
