What you will do

Monitors larger complex clients with special instructions to ensure compliance.

Actions emergency and non-emergency signals accurately and promptly to safeguard customers and property.

Dispatches armed response vehicles to larger client base to ensure continuous fast response times (Specialty / National Dispatch).

Handles all service escalations and is liaison between service and sales personnel.

Makes outbound calls or takes inbound calls to effectively address and resolve customer related inquiries to increase customer satisfaction.

2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 90 days of CSG training is eligible to apply.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.

Successfully completed CSG training course.

Inbound TIS Customer Call Monitoring Center Experience

Must meet all CMC performance standards (with at least a Meets performance rating).

Qualified candidates must be able to work independently, with little or no direction from Team Managers or Unit Manager and maintain a high degree of productivity and accuracy.

Must have basic knowledge of computer applications.

Qualified candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills; detail oriented and is able to multi-task.
