Job Title: Test Engineer I – Exempt

Job Description

The primary responsibilities for this role are within the scope of hardware design verification. The engineer ensures design outputs meet design input requirements via design verification. Responsibilities include drafting design verification protocols, executing design verification protocols, analyzing data, and writing reports. Additional duties include designing, developing, and implementing testing methods and equipment. The engineer plans and arranges labor schedules and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices, provides test area parameters for sample testing, specifies tests to be performed, compiles data, and defines changes required in testing equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. The role supports the Surgical Navigation hardware product line and works in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
