Project Manager / Control Account Manager

SciTec is seeking a Project Engineer / Control Account Manager for an agile software development program executed from our Boulder, CO office. The CAM is responsible for leading, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account.

Responsibilities

Complete all Earned Value Management assigned duties to include budget and work authorization requests, estimate at complete reviews, provide schedule status on tasking in IMS, and variance reporting

Effectively manage control account performance, elevate concerns or issues to the Chief Engineer, Program Management, and other relevant CAMs

Provide timely and accurate insight into key program impacts or opportunities to the Program Manager

Identify and implement corrective actions thorough close monitoring control account execution

Participate in Integrated baseline Review

Provide leadership support ensuring overall success of the program

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a technical or business discipline with 6 years of professional experience

5 years’ industry experience with time managing Government Technical Programs

Previous CAM or lead experience

Experience on EVMS program

Excellent written communication, briefing, and presentation skills

Detail oriented

Good verbal and written communication skills

Candidates who have one or more of the following skills will be preferred

Previous participation in an IBR

Previous proposal, Basis of Estimate (BOE), and/or negotiations experience

Subcontractor management

Active DoD Final SECRET clearance or higher

The pay range for this position is $128,000 – $169,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, education/training, and key skills.
