Job Title: Electrical Superintendent – 110 MW Solar Project

Location: Cahone, Colorado

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Superintendent to oversee our 110 Mega Watt solar project located in Cahone, Colorado. This key leadership position will be responsible for the successful execution of the electrical aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all electrical construction activities for the solar project, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Coordinate with project management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and electrical codes to ensure compliance throughout the construction process.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including daily reports, safety logs, and project documentation.

Foster a culture of safety on-site, implementing safety programs and ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a proven track record in solar or renewable energy projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.

Experience managing teams and overseeing large-scale construction projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
