We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who understands the behavioral health solutions including behavioral health best practices, multiple business processes, and technology designs impacting deliver of mental health services. You will operate independently to provide quality work products during an engagement as well as perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle Health products and technology successfully meeting customer needs. You will apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practice recommendations with workflows while working across the continuum of behavioral health staff including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, therapists, psychologists, case managers, technicians, and administrators.

As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in consulting with customers on comprehensive service line workflows, from current state assessments to future state design and implementation. You will ensure the system is designed and tested effectively while collaborating with customers to create and validate workflow processes. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving issues, reporting solution status, risk management, and proficient communication between customers and project leadership. Additionally, you will coach customers to complete data collection and system design requirements, analyze optimal solution builds, and oversee the implementation process. You are expected to engage with internal project and organizational teams to share configuration status, project timelines, updates, and verify progress of configuration requests. As a vital team member, you will maintain strong customer relationships across the behavioral health consulting solution, integrated consulting solutions, product delivery, build configuration, navigate conflicts, participate in community and growth opportunities, and mentor associate consultants while supporting internal initiatives within the consulting community.

Responsibilities

Current state assessment.

Assess and provide recommendations for future state workflows.

Conversion coverage and support during implementation process.

Presenting and documenting workflows across Behavioral Health programs.

Presenting complex information to customers and leadership.

Understanding integration with other clinical and revenue solution teams.

Completing configuration within electronic medical record domains through use of system tools.

Communication and accountability through multiple platforms.

Behavioral Health internal community engagement.

Complete required learning as assigned.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 5 years combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

At least 1 year of experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, or other client-facing IT solution roles.

An additional 4 years of work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.

U.S. citizenship required due to customer contracts.

Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications (technology, leadership, healthcare).

Efficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in system design and build.

Experience in current state assessment.

Experience in workflow documentation.

Experience in conversion support.

Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information to customers, leadership, and stakeholders.

Knowledge and experience with system tools for configuration of electronic medical records.

Understanding of Behavioral Health workflows impacting multiple areas of practice.

Expectations:

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to an approved virtual location.

Willingness to travel up to 80% as required.

Ability to work additional or irregular hours as needed, in accordance with local regulations.

Strong ability to collaborate with team members, customers, and leadership to achieve project goals.

Initiate access to learning opportunities and maintaining knowledge base.

Adherence to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understanding your role in safeguarding corporate and customer assets, and taking appropriate actions to prevent and report any security compromises within the scope of your position.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
