Medication Historian Technicians (MHTs)work with patients, either bedside in-person or from our Virtual Care Center, to review patients medication histories and obtain up-to-date medication lists from their pharmacies and current providers, reviewing the information for discrepancies. MHTs work closely with pharmacists, providers, nurses, and case management/social work to provide the highest, safest quality of care available.

Meds-to-Beds Technicians fill take-home medications for our pharmacists to deliver bedside to our patients prior to discharge, which helps with medication adherence and eliminates the need for a stop on their way home.
