How Will You Contribute to the Company?
The Production Operator uses tools and equipment to assist with
manufacturing, packaging, and other steps related to the production of
products. The Production Operator must perform a specialized task that
helps move goods toward an end-user while adhering to safety guidelines
and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

What Will You Do?

– Use hand tools to assemble or update company products or parts
– May use automated equipment to complete assigned tasks
– Maintain tools and equipment
– Inspect materials and finished products
– Must be able to change course at any time with minimal advanced
notice
– Perform work following established standards, instructions, and
timelines
– Communicate problems, issues, and concerns to the supervisor

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

– Two (2) years of experience doing similar work
– Ability to work in a team
– Good communication skills
– Able to work on a variety of projects
– Able to exercise reasoned judgment
– Basic proficiency with personal computers and company production
software
– Must be able to lift thirty (30) lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

– High school diploma, GED, and/or equivalent professional experience
