Summary You will serve as a LIAISON SPECIALIST (Command Liaison) in the Office of the Commander of SUBMEPP ACTIVITY. Responsibilities You will be responsible for administrative protocols that directly affect the interactions of the Commands senior leadership and indirectly contribute to the success of NAVSEAs missions/strategic plans. You will coordinate with DoD/Navy/NAVSEA staffs for budget, security, contractual, ethics and logistics services in order to get needed appropriations. You will be responsible for the receipt and escort of flag/senior military staff as well as distinguished US and foreign dignitaries who may not hold the requisite rank but occupy positions of importance or status. You will be responsible for the analysis and application of records and information (RIM) regulations for SUBMEPPs filing, mail, and printing efforts by organizing records and information based on naval lines of business. You will provide guidance and assistance to all level of management and administrative personnel in setting up, maintaining, controlling, and properly disposing of government files. You will serve as executive and confidential liaise to the Commanding Officer, and provide services to other executives in the SUBMEPP Front Office. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-01 (GS-04 equivalent) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. The NH-02 broadband is equivalent to GS-05 through GS-11 grade levels. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
