Key Responsibilities:
Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment.
Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new products, tools, or equipment.
Develop and update work instructions for new and legacy products, including manufacturing specifications and standard operating procedures.
Support assembly equipment purchases through installation.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Production Supervisors, Quality Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless production operations.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials preferred) from an accredited university or college.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Defense and Aerospace manufacturing.
