Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Hygienist to join one of our largest manufacturing clients located in Tonawanda, NY. This person will be in charge of developing and leading site-specific industrial hygiene activities such as hearing conservation, ventilation management, exposure assessment, and PPE requirements. This person will heavily coordinate with those around them to best lead incident investigations impacting employee health. This person will be leading their ergonomics program, completing appropriate assessments and testing throughout the year and developing plans and executing them based off of findings.

This resource will be expected to work on-site 5 days per week.

Skills and Requirements

-3 years of experience as a working Industrial Hygienist in a manufacturing and/or chemical plant environment

-Experience in process safety management program implementation and maintenance

-Experience with chemical agent sampling and analytical method implementation and development including real time detection systems

-Bachelors degree or higher in science, toxicology, or industrial hygiene from an accredited institution null
