THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Clerical Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing files for scanning into DEPs OnBase Document Management System. This position will require you to have a thorough knowledge of records management practices and principles, basic file systems, and their uses. You can expect to do work that includes reviewing hard copy documents to ensure staples and binder spines are removed and ensuring that pages are in order prior to scanning. Attention to detail is essential for you to have in this position as you will be verifying completeness and accuracy of scans prior to committing the scanned document to the OnBase System Workflow for QA Review.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

9 month limited term, full-time position
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
