Hey there, superstar! Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is on the hunt for a rockstar Customer Advocate to join our Customer Service Division. At DVS, youre not just another cog in the machine – youre a vital part of a diverse, inclusive team thats all about making a difference.

The Mission

As a Customer Advocate, youll be the healthcare hero for 50-70 individuals every day. Youll navigate the world of PCPs, meds, appointments, and benefits like a pro, armed with your knowledge and your amazing people skills. And the best part? Youll be making a real impact on peoples lives.

The Deets

This is a full-time gig, Monday through Friday (because everyone needs a little weekend, right?)

Youll need to be flexible and ready to rock one of our 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST.

Get ready for an intensive 5-week orientation (dont worry, weve got you covered with training and support every step of the way).

Your Secret Weapons

A keen ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions

The ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro (think navigating databases while still being your awesome self on the phone)

A passion for helping others and making their day better

Your Arsenal

High School Diploma (but bonus points if youve got a bachelors degree under your belt)

At least a year of experience in insurance operations (we know, it doesnt sound exciting, but trust us, its key)

Youre a tech whiz and can handle our MANY web-based systems like a boss

Youre all about the details and can keep track of everything

The Cherry on Top

Healthcare/insurance experience (if you know your way around medical terminology and benefit plans, we want to hear from you)

A background in social work, behavioral health, or anything else that shows youre all about helping others

Youre a customer service ninja with mad problem-solving skills
