We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Employee to join our team at 1800-Packouts. As an Outside Sales Employee, you will be responsible for promoting our packout services and generating new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. This is a unique opportunity to grow the new 1-800-Packouts location in Southeast Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market, targeting both residential and commercial customers.
– Utilize market research and analysis to develop effective strategies for reaching potential clients.
– Engage prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, networking events, and trade shows.
– Maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently generating and following up on leads.
– Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our packout services and differentiate us from competitors.

Relationship Building:

– Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
– Forge strategic partnerships with local businesses, insurance agents, adjusters, and other stakeholders to generate referrals and collaborative opportunities.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Promotions:

– Develop and execute sales strategies to raise awareness of 1800-Packouts and our services.
– Utilize various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, to engage target audiences.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, special offers, and seasonal initiatives.
– Stay informed about industry trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
– Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales trends, opportunities, and challenges.
– Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in outside sales roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
– Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate our value proposition and close sales.
– Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
– Familiarity with sales channels and techniques.
– Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
– Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
