See Yourself as a Scheduling Specialist II

As the Scheduling Specialist II you are the subject matter expert of the scheduling process and will assist the Scheduling Specialist III in leading their team in production and knowledge of procedures and systems and ensures that the team is meeting their production goals. The senior scheduling specialist will have the ability to manage multiple work queues and can be flexible in assisting in multiple aspects of the scheduling function. This role requires experience within the scheduling department to relevant external scheduling experience.

See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Serves as the subject matter expert for the scheduling department managing 3 Queues, Lender-Specific Requests, and/or a specific area of the Scheduling Department that requires full-time effort

Assists new and existing team members with aspects of training that apply to their specialty to ensure the scheduling process is successfully completed

Address inquiries and escalations from clients, internal staff and management in a professional and timely manner

Perform additional duties as assigned by the scheduling supervisor or manager

Your Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

High school diploma is required – a college degree is preferred

Strong knowledge of the mortgage loan closing industry

Additional Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability communicate effectively with all levels of management

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Prior experience in mortgage loan closing process preferred

Prior experience with workflow management

Competitive Compensation:anticipated base hourly rate from $17.00 to $24.00based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.

Rest and Relaxation.This role is eligible for 20 days of paid time off annually, which is prorated in the year of hire based on hire date. In addition, based on your hire date, you will be eligible for 9 paid holidays 2 floating holiday in support of our DEI culture.
