School Behavior Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Classroom Behavior Aide to support an Exceptional Children (EC) classroom. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in managing classroom behavior, providing individualized support to students, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in implementing behavior management strategies.

-Support students with special needs in daily activities.

– Collaborate with teachers to develop and adapt instructional materials.

– Monitor student progress and provide feedback.

– Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent; experience in special education preferred.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.

– Commitment to fulfill a contract.
