Steel Worker

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Steel Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel construction and possess the ability to work efficiently on a construction site. The Steel Worker will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and installing steel components, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. This is a hands-on role that requires a solid understanding of steel and the ability to follow blueprints and schematics.

Duties

– Use hand tools to fabricate and assemble steel components.
– Ensure that all steel components meet the required codes and standards.
– Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects efficiently and safely.
– Conduct basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements
– Build and install steel structures, such as beams and columns.
– Work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to construction site safety protocols.

Qualifications

– Proficiency in the use of hand tools
– Strong understanding of mechanical knowledge and construction techniques.
– Experience in the construction industry, particularly in steel fabrication and installation.
– Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
