Delinquency Risk Specialist

Start Date: ASAP

Job Title: Delinquency Risk Specialist

Hybrid Onsite Schedule: Required to be onsite 2 days per week/8 days per month (Set onsite day is Tuesday and other day is Flexible)

Team/Training: 1 week of Peer to Peer training

Shift Schedules : M-F 10am-6:30pmCST

Pay: $18.57

Contract length: 6 month open ended/indefinite with no guarantee for conversion. Extension and conversion are both based off business need/budget and performance

Job Description:

This is for the Cease & Desist team reviewing documentation and have the ability to comprehend what is in the documentations. It can open company to law suites if they don’t very in information correctly.

They work hand in hand with OGC and compliance.

This team is the last line of risk defense for the company

Experience/Skill Set:

Clerical/Admin/Customer support exp

Banking Regulations exp

A min of 1 year of experience in some type of Legal experience is highly preferred but not required: Basic understanding of Legal Terminology

Litigation experience is highly preferred or Admin work for attorneys or worked in Court systems

A Debt company could potentially be good experience but not really preferred

Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment

Ability to hit deadline: Example: 24 hours to process cases

Software:

Basic Computer Proficiency

Power Bi nice to have but not required

Excel nice to have but not required

Day 2 Day:

They receive notifications from Collection dept via tracker as well as Physical Mail, Faxes and Email

Verify the information is valid (Cease and Desist) -Ensure communication is not going out to the member moving forward and move on to the next case

April 2024: The entire team completed 4,000 Cease and Desists High Volume

Every once in a while, they are on the Phone answering general questions from the Collections department
