– CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

– – – – – No previous experience required- will train right candidate but ok if have experience with scanner and pulling product from inventory
– Detail oriented – lots of matching correct parts numbers to correct order
– Motivated to do the job – production can get busy and it is detail driven – must be willing to learn the details of the job/take instructions from team leads and supervisors
– Must be on time – next shift cannot leave until current shift
– Must work well on a team – production is a team effort and staff can be moved from one area to another to assist – everyone helps everyone else
– Must be good with reading/understanding/tracking part numbers and lot numbers for each order

– 3 shifts- $15/hr for day shift – $16/hr for night shifts

1^st^shift (day shift) – Mon-Fri – 7AM-4PM

2^nd^shift (evening shift) – Mon-Thurs – 4PM – 2AM

3^rd^shift (evening shift) – Mon Thurs – 10PM – 8AM

– Work environment:
– Warehouse is not temperature controlled – can be hot in summer and cool in winter – hydrating beverages and fans provided
– Lunch Break – 1 hour – not paid – kitchen with microwave and refrigerator provided -ok to leave property during break
– Dress Code:
– t-shirt with SLEEVES – no offensive pictures or words
– closed-toed shoes – steel-toe not required
– pants or shorts
– can wear air pods or headsets but must be tight fitting and allow to be heard when spoken to in warehouse
– Time Keeping:
– Will sign in and out on time sheet in supervisors office and supervisor will forward approved timesheet
