salary: $24 – $31.25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

Perform daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and reporting packages

Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial records across all areas of the business

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Provide support in preparing reports for senior leadership by compiling and organizing financial data

Prepare tax documents, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements

Work closely with executive leadership to manage expense reports and handle invoicing for clients

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and assist with audits as needed

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to aid in cost reduction and profitability improvement
