Description:

This position is responsible for Bill Only Data Entry, SSID data entry, greeting vendors, filling in for Cardiology Services for inventory. Also scheduling tasks, work orders, coordination of mailroom services.

What you will do:

Utilize ERP & other integrated supply chain systems

Do Bill Only Data Entry, SSID data entry and greet vendors

Coordinate mailroom services and courier services

Actively participate as a department lead

Assure that orientation and educational programs are implemented to meet the needs of the staff members within Supply Chain department

Assist manager/director in scheduling.

Coordinate communication and problem resolution to facilitate the operation of department. Placing work orders

Implements ministry supply chain logistics optimization strategies

Actively participate in the hiring, evaluating, counseling and corrective action process for colleagues as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree preferable.

Special courses in materials management or institutional management, or equivalent experience is encouraged.

Demonstrable leadership potential is necessary.

Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English language is necessary
