Our pay structure is designed to reward hard work and dedication through an incentive-based system. Your earnings will be based entirely on your performance, including:

Service Calls Completed: Compensation for each completed service call.

Requirements:

MUST be able to pass regular drug testing; and have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

MUST be willing to work after-hours and occasional weekends and holidays.

MUST have excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to troubleshoot systems and diagnose problems.

Must be proactive and independent in finding solutions to problems.

Basic computer skills.

Be willing to learn and implement new systems quickly and efficiently.

Follow routine verbal and written instructions.

Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers.

Must be energized and eager to learn and grow.

Self-m tivation and discipline are required.

Confident in technical skills and ability to educate customers to make informed decisions is a must.
