We are currently seeking a Private Lending Manager for a company with a nationwide reach in the private lending industry. This role is all about managing the purchase and business development of private construction loans, with a focus on negotiating deals, packaging them, and overseeing credit approvals. The right person will be someone who can take full ownership of this function and handle everything from business development to collections and workouts. Responsibilities

What Youll Be Doing:

Driving business development to grow the purchase of private construction loans.

Structuring deals, managing credit approvals, and handling negotiations.

Managing collections and workouts, ensuring smooth processes and successful outcomes.

Leading the end-to-end process, acting as the main decision-maker for all private lending activities.

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet business goals.

Someone with experience in underwriting, collections, and business development.

A background in finance or accounting with a solid track record of closing deals.
