Job Posting: Facilities Supervisor

We are seeking a Facilities Supervisor responsible for overseeing building maintenance, office services, mailroom operations, warehousing, and site security. This role includes managing grounds, safety protocols, construction projects, and equipment within the facility, along with performing basic repairs and supervising contractors for major repairs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, a working knowledge of building codes, and a proactive approach to site safety and compliance. Must be able to travel up to 15% and work in a dynamic environment with standard office equipment and heavy machinery.

salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year

shift: Second

work hours: 2:30 PM – 11 PM

education: High School

CMMs Sytem

Work with production

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

CMMs (2 years of experience is preferred)
