Construction Superintendent

Job Description

Manage a residential new construction project worth $13 million on 250 acres in the Logan, OH area. Project will last least 5 years (possibly longer)

Maintain the project schedules, cost, and communications of subs and suppliers

Maintaining paperwork: reports, safety documents, timesheets and drawings

Must have a safety first mindset (osha certifications preferred)

Qualifications

Must have experience as a superintendent for 5 years

Must have residential construction experience but open to candidates with commercial, multi family or Sr living

Must have a great understanding of reading blueprints due to this project will consist of heavy utilities in the area.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s). During the initial 12 months, you will be employed through Actalent Services where you will have access to full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k). After 12 months you will be eligible to transition to the construction firm as a direct employee.
