Do you have experience leading asset creation, budget management, and vendor relations? Our team is looking for a candidate with a consistent track record in delivering validated results in these areas to play a key role on our Air Care team

The specific responsibilities for this role include:

Leading Global Team Budget management by maintaining strong lines of communication with Brand teams and customers to ensure offline tracking and budget entry (iBOT system) are updated and accurate. This also includes new budget creation during the budget planning cycle in partnership with Brand customers.

Performing with excellence on deployment of global go-to-market toolkits, working with brand managers and external agencies to ensure all deployment guidelines and principles are followed for eContent and in-store assets.

Acting as Vendor Management Process Owner for Multicultural Hair team for MSA expenses, handling goods receipt, confirming proof of performance, and when vital, initiating the purchase order process to enable projects.

Leading and sponsoring accesses for critical business platforms and marketing asset depositories (Brand asset store, global asset cloud folders), ensuring that only the right customers and agency partners are given access to restricted and confidential P&G assets.

Develop Mastery: Capable of onboarding to several different standardized processes and becoming the go-to person within the organization for others that are less familiar or need support.

Operate With Discipline: Have validated strong project management skills with a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency. Budget management experience is desirable.

Act As an Owner: Take ownership of the processes and help ensure that we remain stewardship compliant.

In addition to the above, we will look for someone to provide Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Coordinate and schedule meetings and ensuring all vital resources are available.

Proficient in technical office tools and software applications.

Supports the business by proactively handling projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications.

Coordinate and prioritize company events and functions.

Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Job Qualifications

Looking for someone that is eager to learn and partner with brand, design, and marketing specialist colleagues.

Technical Job Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Outstanding in Excel

Experience with budget management (setting up and maintaining offline standardized trackers)

Familiarity with Vendor Management processes & systems (Coupa Purchase Order creation, Goods Receipt Management)

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $ 74,100 – $92,650
