As a Sr Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in determining and successfully implementing sales strategies that drive growth and expand our market presence. What will you do?

Conduct strategic account profiling and target development for prospective clients within the Washington territory

Collaborate with important decision-makers and actively coordinate all sales-related activities

Gain agreement from potential clients to broaden product utilization and ensure successful implementation of sales strategies

Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers to drive sales growth

Develop and implement sales plans that align with company goals and objectives

Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

How will you get here?

Bachelors degree (BA, BS or equivalent) in a relevant field

Three years of demonstrated ability in a sales role, preferably in the medical diagnostics or similar market

Demonstrated excellence in driving sales growth and achieving targets

Proven ability to work with senior-level executives and decision-makers

Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement complex sales strategies

Advanced negotiation and presentation skills

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory (minimum 50% travel)

Proficiency with SFDC CRM, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook

Self-directed, highly motivated, and capable of working independently
