Facility:Kids Express – BeavercreekDepartment:Urgent Care – APPsSchedule:Part timeHours:4Job Details:The UC/KE Lead APP is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)/Physician Assistant (PA) with demonstrated leadership skills, clinical excellence, and QI/EBP project implementation as an Advanced Practice Provider. This person serves as a quality expert for the division. This individual is the primary resource for APPs in the division related to inquiry. This individual is responsible for managing all QI, EBP, and research projects in the Urgent Care and Kids Express. This position reports directly to the division APP Supervisor and requires significant cross functional leadership in coordinating the activities of division APRNs and PAs within his/her area of responsibility with clinical division physician and administrative leadership.

This position is a secondary administrative appointment. 0.1 FTE is devoted to the team lead administrative duties and the remaining 0.6-0.9 FTE is devoted to maintaining clinical practice within his/her respective division.
