Production – Tapping Operator – 2nd Shift

Hours: Hours: 2nd Shift Available: 3:00PM – 11:30PM
2 months training on 1st Shift.

Compensation:
$19.75 plus a $1.50 shift premium on 2nd Shiftwith an additional $1.00 attendance bonus for working 40 hrs. per week.

Whats The Job?

– Setup and operate a variety of tapping machines to produce quality products.
– Plan and perform close tolerance setups with little or no assistance.
– Use scales, microscopes, micrometers, calipers and fixed gages to check and gage work.
– Load and unload product in the process using a forklift
– Must be able to read and follow process standards, control plans and work instructions
– Starts machine, observes operation, inspect first run and sample work pieces to ensure part conforms to specifications.
– Remove and install specified tooling at changeovers and make all necessary adjustments.
