Bolt Forming Operator – 2nd Shift

General Production Associates
Hours: 2nd Shift Available: 3:00PM – 11:30PM / Monday – Friday
3 months training on 1st Shift.

Compensation:
$19.75 plus a $1.50 shift premium on 2nd Shift.

Whats The Job?

– Setup and operates single and /or multiple cold heading machines to produce quality products
– Plan and perform close tolerance setups with little or no assistance
– Use scales, micrometers, dial indicators and fixed gages to check and gage work
– Load and unload product in the process using a forklift
– Must be able to read and follow process standards, control plans and work instructions
– Start machine, observes operation, inspects first run and sample work piece to ensure part conforms to specifications
– Remove and install specified tooling at changeovers and make all necessary adjustments.
