Job Description

The FSQ Technician is responsible for auditioning production paperwork and conducting QA/QC tests on food samples. Key duties involve obtaining samples for testing, performing daily batching scale verifications, preparing lab testing materials/supplies, updating daily temperature logs, and maintaining critical quality control reports. The FSQ Technician must ensure compliance with plant safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements while following the company’s Good Manufacturing Processes.
