Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards on the production floor.

Your responsibilities will include checking product quality, ensuring correct material usage, and adherence to specifications.

This includes taking specifications, walking the production line, inspecting seals, ensuring correct cheese types and cuts are used, verifying the accuracy of code lengths, and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) throughout operations.

You will conduct observations and report on any issues encountered.

Additionally, you will perform pre-operation inspections during your shift and walk through rooms post-sanitation to ensure cleanliness.

You will also provide support to night shift technicians and the sanitation crew.

Around 60-80% of your shift will be spent on the production floor conducting checks, with the remaining time allocated to documenting issues and communicating via emails.

Reliable

Entry-level: HS Diploma

Work Environment:

You will be working in a friendly and independent environment.

The dress code is casual but professional, with closed-toed shoes and company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The temperature ranges from 35-65 degrees throughout the plants. Jewelry, false nails, and false eyelashes are not allowed
