Print Machine Operator

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing,
safety, and quality assurance practices. Verify quality control items
such as product weights, coding, packaging, etc. Perform assembly,
cleaning, and sanitizing of print and packaging equipment. Maintain
proper documentation in all record keeping formats. Operate print &
packaging equipment at an efficient level to fulfill plant demands.
Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured and the
processes involved. Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping
throughout the plant as needed. Backfill to other positions as needed.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Exceptional attention
to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to adapt effectively
within a continually changing and demanding environment. Basic
understanding of machine operations and troubleshooting ability. Must be
able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate
effectively in order to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and
efficiency. Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures
and company guidelines in order to maintain regulatory compliance.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree
(GED). Completed all training and proficiencies required by General
Laborer Level 1. Minimum of 6 months internal experience or 1 year of
