Gundersen Health System is seeking a part-time RN (0.8 FTE) to join the
Internal Medicine, Onalaska team. This is your opportunity to join a

experiences are always in action. What you will do: 0.8 FTE (64 hours/2
weeks) Work Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays 8-hour shifts:
7:30am-5pm Care for adult patients by performing telephone triage,
anticoagulation management, and nurse only visits (Patient teaching,
Wound Care, Medication Agreements, and more!) What you will get:

What you need: Associate degree in nursing RN licensure to practice in
the state of Wisconsin up hire RN licensure for Iowa & Minnesota within
3 months of hire Gundersen Health System Hospital and Clinics comprises

(RN) focuses on the health and wellness of individuals, families and
populations in collaboration with other health care professionals by
incorporating evidence-based practice in the management of acute
illness, chronic disease, disability, and end-of-life care. The RN
utilizes the nursing process and aligns practice with organizational
policies, professional nursing standards and regulatory practice acts.
Major Responsibilities: 1. Assessment: Systematically and holistically
assesses the patients physiological, emotional, sociocultural,
spiritual, and financial status while considering lifestyle preferences
and learning needs. 2. Planning: Collaborates with patients, families,
and health care professionals to develop a patient-centered plan of care
to promote health and optimize wellness. 3. Intervention: Provides
competent and innovative patient care and education based on patient
complexity, acuity, and nursing judgment within a culture of caring and
safety. 4. Documentation: Documents nursing assessment, planning,
interventions, implementation, and patient/family response. 5.
