The Zebra Learning Services team as part of the Sales Learninig operation is responsible for generating training programmes via Partner and Customer Learning. As a growth strategy, Zebra is creating customer adoption learning packages and driving development, launch and adoption of learning services to positively impact the customers’ experience, adoption rate of new technology and market share.

This role of Learning services Sales lead would be instrumental in driving learning strategy and routes to market. The individual would be responsible for sales & account engagements, customer interactions, business development alignment & regional product development.

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with extended teams to identify sales opportunities to drive learning services.

Works with regional business and sales leaders to define and develop strategy that promotes growth for learning services.

Collaborates with Zebra Knowledge Center development teams to facilitate timely delivery of customer requirements and expectations. Perform appropriate quality checks to ensure optimal quality..

Responsible for reporting and accurate of learning services revenue, margins and utilizations. Generate strategy for regional growth by alignments with OEM and Global Partner teams.

Makes decisions on mix of delivery modes for a given learning portfolio to ensure customers have a variety of options.

Management of vendors and assessment of opportunities to leverage vendors in region for cost reduction and efficiency

Development and deployment of the learning plan measurement, including ROI analysis and reporting.

Implements innovative programs that leverage best in class design and content across regions.

Works collaboratively with other functional leaders to develop, align on business objectives. Owns development and presentation of business case by completing supportive research, authoring slides and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences, routinely including senior management and occasionally including executives. Monitors and reports business metrics against plan. Recommends metrics to assess business performance. Fully accountable for integrated business plan inputs. Develops documentation of product and market requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

10 years of relevant experience designing, developing and delivering global training programs specifically for Learning services

Must have sales, marketing, operations, or related subject matter expertise

Key Skills and Competencies:

Exposure and familiarity with new learning technologies, including adult learning methodologies.

Experience with sales engagement and customer interactions

Experience with consulting and assessment techniques to identify learning needs in the organization.

Experience with learning measurement strategies and ROI analysis.

Ability to establish credibility with business leaders.

Ability to Program Manage multiple global projects simultaneously

Experience training Channel Partners & customers

Experience designing global cross functional programs

Strong attention to detail / quality

Strong process adherence

Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable

Advanced level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Advanced problem-solving skills

Salary: USD 92700.00 – USD 139100.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
