The Opportunity

Join us today as a Placement Specialist! HUB PR’s Placement Specialist works closely with the Placement and Underwriting Employee Benefits Team, clients and Client Executives to ensure top of the line service. You will partner with the Placement and Underwriting Vice President to manage and provide accurate data to elevate business decisions regarding the employee benefits of each client. Sense of urgency, attention to detail and to be customer oriented is essential to comply with our service standards.

A day in the life …

Provide direct support to the Placement and Underwriting Employee Benefits Team.

Prepare and deliver statistical reports on employee benefits insurance policy usage for clients and prospects.

Supportwith compliance in 5500 forms and SAR.

Support additional service initiatives as business needs arise.

Ensure all services align with HUB standards and that all client deliverables meet quality expectations.

File reports received from insurance carriers, prioritizing them based on urgency for efficient archiving.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What you will need for success

Bachelor’s or associate degree

Minimum of one year of experience
