Field Service Coordinator – 3 MONTH CONTRACT

Adecco Staffing is sourcing for a Field Service Coordinator in Peabody, MA! This is a 3-month contract in-office.

Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday IN-OFFICE

Pay: $26-$30/hr DOE

Job Summary:

The Field Service Coordinator serves as the first point of customer contact ensuring they are assisted and supported. If you are a disciplined and collaborative individual with a demonstrated passion for servicing the customer, you may be an excellent candidate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts and service.

Perform collection, interpretation and recording of customer supplied data in accordance with company’s guidelines and standards.

Sort and organize the data while maintaining electronic files of project records.

Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via email or phone.

Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing and shipping. Coordinates production of printed materials per customer requirements, such as drawings, bill of materials and spare parts lists.

Communicates with customers throughout the production process to keep them informed of status of job, to solicit and resolve inquiries and complaints and to obtain customer approvals.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of related customer service experience.

The ability to remain calm under pressure & maintain records in a fast and accurate manner.

Good decision making, communication and computer skills (ERP and MS Office Suite).

High School Diploma

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
