Operations & Volunteer Specialist

The Operations & Volunteer Specialist will play a crucial role in
advancing Cape Cod Toy Librarys mission by working closely with the
Executive Director and will be responsible for preparing for and
staffing regular public open hours and scheduled times for special group
visits/programs at the Toy Library Community Play Space. The Specialist
will be responsible for ensuring materials are gathered and prepared for
programs, as well as for the staging set up, clean up, and take down for
each program/event at the Toy Library and at the Outdoor Play Oasis. The
Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all volunteer activities –
recruiting, training, coordinating, managing, retaining and recognizing
volunteers to support operational, marketing, and fundraising needs.
Minimum: Bachelor?s degree or above, plus 2 years of relevant
experience. Preferred: Masters Degree in Human Resource Management,
Non-profit Administration, Business Administration or related. Schedule:
Friday and Saturday
