We are excited to announce a temporary position for a Customer Support Rep in our Customer Service department. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $20/hour and requires you to work 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in the office. The position may last up to 12 months or longer.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry with a strong emphasis on process and detail

Dependability is essential

Handle inbound and outbound calls

Input customer data into our ERP system and Salesforce

Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives on warranty replacements, service orders, and other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

Experience in data entry with a keen attention to detail

Dependable and reliable work ethic

Preferred experience in sports optics or a call center environment
