Position: Operations Assistant, Office of the Provost

Department: Office of the Provost

Reports to: Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities

Front office greeter/receptionist

Calendar coordination and scheduling support for the Vice Provosts; other administrative duties as needed (e.g., expense reports)

Supervise Work Study and other student employees

Assist with signature events (Convocation, Commencement)

This position is based at Fairfield University’s Fairfield, CT campus and is not eligible for immigration assistance.
